Project Description

Another year of observational sketching at summer camp. This was from my last summer at the Cub Scout camp, Camp Carpenter. I know I did this little pine cone at the Sports Field picnic table. I remember my back aching when I was done, because I was hunched over it in an awkward position (that’s a bad habit I have, I sit to draw something without giving much thought to how long I might wind up sitting in that position. I usually wind up with dead limbs and serious aches and pains). This was my final sketch at Camp Carpenter. Next year, my youngest will be with his brothers at the Boy Scout camp.
